JAPHETH


		Japheth was one of the three sons of Noah, his other brothers being Shem & Ham. Japheth & his wife, two brothers & their wives, his mother & father went into the ark as directed by God & were saved from world-wide flood waters which effectively reduced the entire human population to a mere total of only eight individuals. According to the Old Testament of the Bible, all of humanity is descended back to Noah & his three sons & their wives. Japheth was the direct ancestor of many tribes inhabiting the east of Europe and the north of Asia. It is generally held that the sons of Japheth actually produced the Armenians, Lydians, Medes, Greeks, Tibarenians, and Moschians, & Tiras with descendants to the West Asian & Mediterranean areas. I am religious but have not baptized my children?
